At Menagerie Cosmetics, we strive for perfection in every palette and pigment; however, due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your cosmetics are in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging and have not been swatched or used to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged returns cannot be processed.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix your return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
